Poor Service

I purchased items on 4/11/22 and I paid with my credit card. Goods were received on 04/12/22. The order was incomplete and this has happen before with one of my previous orders. One order was liquids and leaked out into the box. I sent an email yesterday and today with no response as yet .....very poor service.
