Poor Service

I paid for my order on the 24 of July 2021 which the estimated delivery date was the 11of August which I did not have a problem about it, then they send me an email saying that the do not have some of the products they are waiting for the supply the estimated date was changed to 16 August which I didn't have a problem with it.Then on the 17 I made a follow up with take a lot they said I will get my items soon ,on the 18th they deliver 1/3rd of my order which they said I will get the remaining iteam soon as they are communicating with the Johannesburg warehouse which does not concern me coz when I placed the order I did it with take aa lot the warehouse things does not concern me.im truly really hurt about your service,it's my daughter's birthday I wanted her to have her gifts so I have to buy again something because you failed me.iys poor service as when I call you you always say we sent an email ,sending an email does not help me with anything .
