Poor service

I bought an electric blanket from Takealot on the 31st of May 2025. The electric blanket literally stopped working after a couple of days after I purchased it. When I wanted to return it, I was met with their terms of how I need to speak to the supplier directly. I emailed the supplier and waited for their response which never came. I then called and I was told to send another email and I did. Eventually they arranged for collection and said nothing for a good two weeks. This morning I was sent an email that it was my bed that caused the electric blanket to stop working and therefore it will be returned to me as is.
