Poor returns process

The return process is **** especially if you are not in jhb this is the third return i jave not been creditrd for atleast this on got picked up the others didnt they delayed the process i ended up dropping it when i was still in port elizabeth at their so called drop off area but they never acknoledged it this time they picked it up from my office and they still havent crrdited my account but says they refunded me lies lies lies, give people funds back tu and their cust care service tries to convince you without showing you proof that it went through sending me an email that you refunded me does not do anything for me because i cant trace the payment, im so fed-up with returns frim this company that i think if i am going to buy something id rather just go to the store because if it doesnt work out to be what i ordered then i no ill live it right there
