POOR RETURNS POLICY & SERVICE

TAKEALOT ORDER # *** RETURN REFERENCE # MRRN-5A5BK-DQ87 Today I received a pair of shoes ordered from Takealot. The are completly the wrong product, not even close. Anobvious total error on their part. I now need to wait for your whole returns process to take place before I get the correct product is totally unacceptable in this case!!!

TAKEALOT made the error and sent me a completely different and incorrect product.

Takealot should take the responsibility to ensure I get the product I actually paid for as soon as possible.

I absolutely insist I get the correct item ASAP!!

PS. IT IS ALSO IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND A PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT THEM!!!
