Poor returns policy

I recently bought a camera system from them. The after having the camera system installed the hard drive failed. I sent them the hard drive back and was told that they can't process the request because the entire product was not returned. I explained to them that I had to pay to have the cameras installed and would need to pay again and that the cameras were not the problem. They refused to replace the hdd.
