Poor Returns customer Service (TakeAlot.com) , worse than I thought

Poor Returns customer Service (TakeAlot.com) Hallo, their returns policy states that they will accept returns, in all instances, as long as the condition of the goods are the same of in good order. I purchased solar lights(still New in package) that I logged a return for, the calls were closed, flagged as not eligible . This was also not communicated to me as well, poor service , And Still no response to date , 3 weeks later
