Poor returns

I ordered a set of two solar lights from Takealot. The lights are sold either as a set of two or individually and they arrived individually packaged,

One light worked and one did not so I sent the faulty light back.

I was then told that as i had failed to return "missing accessories" I would not be getting a refund.

All i received were standard responses with no actual addressing of me clear and detailed comments.

As a long standing customer of Takealot I am disappointed. Clearly they have got to big to care about their customers.
