Poor return or repair service

I bought an expensive laptop after 2 months the laptop stopped working. Following the return process the return was rejected at the wotkshop due to a few scratches, not even send through to the supplier to a-certain what caused the failure. I paid R20000 for this laptop. I will never buy electronics through them again an I will also talk about my experience on all social media platforms
