POOR RESPONSES AND CUSTOMER SERVICES ( MY MONEY IN THEIR ACCOUNT BUT CANT GIVE ME PRODUCTS)

i ordered paid EFT and a few days later my order was cancelled with reasons i haven't paid , i have been calling and at some point asked to email proof of payment and i did and still no help, i could order this books somewhere else but the thing is takealot.com has my money and they not responding. one consultant asked me to reverse the payment, but the bank charges R360 to reverse R477 this is definitely not an option
