Poor response to missing item

Placed an order for Go Care shampoo and conditioner plus Hair Masque but only the shampoo and conditioner was delivered. Logged a return with missing item but pathetic feedback after they asked for the order number and problem. Still awaiting a reply but nothing. More than a week now. Not very happy.
