Poor refunding service

My wife and I ordered a product from Takealot on 1 December 2021 and we were not happy with the product. In January 2022 we started with the process to return and get a refund. Takealot then took the product and asked us for a few items before they could refund us. We sent numerous emails regarding this as we have the products that they asked for, yet we have still not received any reply. We are also still waiting for our money. I am truly disappointed with this because to me R549 is a lot of money.
