Poor refund system

Take alot refunds are not accurate beware of this. I had to be refunded my money after i was not happy with the product on the day of the delivery. They collected it the next but never refunded me back it has been a back and forth on my refund via email but no money has clicked on my account this is tiring and ridiculous service.
