Poor quality tablet

The poorest of service when it comes to appliances and some clothing. I bought a tablet and before a month it felt fell and stopped working completely and they refused to assist me. I mean we all buy phones and when y drop it the screen cracks and continues to work but the take a lot product stopped completely.
