Poor quality shoes provided by takelot supplier , refund was denied

takelot supplier is providing poor quality safety shoes and refund is denied. shoes Sold by: Sami Trading & Wholesalers In Oct 2023 i purchased 3 pair of safety boots. In less then 3 weeks one pair was disintegrating, the sole was melting and coming out. I requested a refund and it was denied . After escalating numerous times and asking to have this reported to the supplier i was given the same standard answer that no refund can be done for used products. How can I know that the quality is so poor if the shoes are not used. Today the second pair of shoes was reported to be faulty. Takelot is covering for suppliers that are selling extremely bad quality products and is not holding them responsible.
