Poor Quality return Fail

I do not get any Feedback on my return. I bought an Air Rifle for my Grandchild of 13 years old for Christmas. he didn't even shoot 100 bullets, and the Guns Stock broke in half when he reloaded it, i even have a CCTV footage of this, and they do not get it swoped. they even sent back the Broken Gun to my house, i refused to take the broken gun back. its sound s like they do not guarantee the gun, but I cannot pay R1799 for an item and it is not guaranteed . Please sort it out , call me
