Poor quality products and No service at all!!!

I bought my son a hoover board from Take a lot but within a week the board is not working properly and it nearly injured my son because the stabilizer of the board has a defect. this product has warranty but I am given the run around there is no one giving me straight answers. the experience dealing with them is horrible and pathetic. This is just to warn people using Take a lot to purchase goods that their products are not of qaulity and even though they say there is warraty this is just pure lies!!! DON"T BUY FROM HERE!!
