Poor quality products and bad service

I bought a pool vacuum and when I used it realized that it was poor quality. I returned it and requested a credit so I can buy a different product

Takealot refused to accept the return, because it was opened.

I'm not sure how I'm supposed to know the quality of a product without trying it.

I logged the return on the same day that it was delivered.
