poor quality products

Good day I would like to express my feelings about takealot I am very unhappy over the fact that I have ordered two products and in both cases the product was either faulty or in a complete shamble I bought a flea doctor from takealot for 350 rand plus 60 rand delivery, over 400 rand and a bunch of nonsense showed up, the packaging was completely ruined, the product looked very cheap, like a toy, the buttons were falling off and it was not even well put together, I pay 410 rand for a bunch of rubish, when I put the battery in the machine it shoots out the cover for the battery because it was so broken, this is really unacceptable and I am very unhappy
