Poor quality product

I ordered the Whimsical Wonderland Artificial Canadian spruce Christmas Tree from Takealot, and I am extremely disappointed. In comparison, the tree looks nothing like the pictures. It is nowhere near as dense and is very bare. For the price, it really is such a letdown. This is the second time that I wrote a poor review on one of your products, and I never had any feedback. This is false advertising. I will never purchase goods from Takealot again. Pathetic, to say the least. There is no way to get a hold of Takealot via email.
