Poor quality product

Hi guys, i bought two giga bags of diapers and the second bag became little faulty whenever little one using its leaking, so i requested the same to you guys via email and i am not sure what are you expecting me to ? can i take a video and share to you while little one leaking ? really pathetic dont even respond after paying so much money, not sure what do you want me to do ? if it was like 10-50 bucks i wouldnt have bothered, its 400 bucks and i have to live with it in covid time, really really disappointed with you takealot , not expected this service
