Poor quality of products

I have had a fairly good service from Takealot until the quality in their products decreases. I ordered a waterpik which was not working and had it returned. They had the audacity to replace it with the exact same thing. A waterpik that leaks and does not function. I don’t think they take pride in the quality and service they offer people the thing costs R1.4k atleast ensure the quality is on point.
