Poor quality item & refund declined

I purchased a pair of Oakley flip-flops just after Black Friday '25, and by February / March '26 (3-4 months later) the middle piece already began to rip out of the slop.

When I sent them back to Takealot, the return was declined because the slops had been worn (used).

Absolutely pathetic level of quality and service!
