Poor Quality Headphones and Lack of Responsibility! I want my money bac****

I ordered 2 sets of headphones from the takealot, and these were of the same brand and type just different colours!

These were of very cheap and poor quality headphones and they literally ssnapped within few weeks of use while I was adjusting them. When I read the reviews I discovered that people have been complaining about the inferior quality these headphones are? Takealot took them to check and refused to give me a refund or an exchange for new ones? These headphones are thee worst kind, and they are a ****, I would advise anyone against purchasing them as takealot merely refuses to take responsibility for these, and the worst part is that they still have them, as I told them I do not want them?

Even worse, Skynet sent by Takealot.com deliver them to my complex while I am at work, and they decide to hand the over to the security, and I am not sure if they know that our security is not allowed to accept any items for the residents as this means they accept risk associated with that item should anything go wrong! This is utterly unacceptable!!!

The blue headphones has stopped working as the on/off button simply doesn't work, and I have been basically been ****med of a good R500 by Takealot.com and this means I have reconsider if I really want to purchase anything from them again if this is the treatment I get, from their refusal to take responsibility, to their couriers being rude and leaving things at the security!

This is the worst customer service I've witnessed in sometime, and I need my money back asap!!!
