POOR QUALITY GOODS AND SERVICE!

I bought two pairs of earphones from Takealot - BOTH broke within a matter of weeks! Not only that, I have been accused of “negligence” when the issue is clearly POOR QUALITY AND MANUFACTURING!!! No one has really bothered to help me out and I can safely say that I will not be doing business with Takealot going forward. Bye.
