Poor Quality Earphones, Do not buy!!! It's a **** and yet takealot.com refuses to accept them!!!!

I purchased headphones at Takealot.com and these headphones happened to be one of thee most common headphpones which just broke within few months of use. I logged a return online on their website and these were collected. This morning they informed me that they could not be return citing ridiculous reasons!? I find this to be utterly unacceptable especially given the fact that people are complaining about the poor quality of these headphones and plenty have been returned. Why sell people poor quality goods if you wont accept responsibility for the poor quality and lack of durability, if this is the stance takesolot.com takes they can count my money good bye as I have been a loyal customer over the years, but I do not accept paying for poor quality items esp when the provider does not want to own up to their mess!!!! In fact you can keep them and not deliver them back to me! Thanks for nothing! I will buy good quality headphones elsewhere!!! Soon to be your ex-customer!
