Poor Quality Control on products

I received a product from Takealot, I received the product ( Muscle Works Pre-Workout) with no tamper seal on the lid, the inner bottle seal was clearly never stuck to the bottle, it was actually jammed into the lid. The lid quite loose and not fastened right too. I consider the contents unsafe to consume and compromised. They refused to replace the item, the site does state the product is non returnable and are returning the product to me. This is extremely poor service and it shows a lot about the quality control of such a large company, extremely disappointed .
