Poor quality clothing and terrible client service

I purchased a bunch of rain suits for the farm staff to protect them against the rain this winter. Sadly a few of the suits tore to pieces after the first wear and one was the wrong size. I sent them back requesting a refund in order to purchase new suits for the guys only to receive a shocking response from a person called Thembela.M from takealot saying that my request is being rejected and the items are being sent back to me. I obviously objected and requested someone to call me as a matter of urgency to sort this out. He's been ignoring my emails ever since, they've just sent the suits back and did not bother to even phone me just ignoring all of my follow ups.

It's sad and shocking that we are expected to just write off the money spent on items with poor quality, it's clearly not up to standard if more than one tears after the first wear.
