Poor quality chainsaw

I have bought a chainsaw machine on August 2023 only use it when needed to fill up my fire place and only cut wet blue gum. 3 Weeks back I have notice the bar begins to torn chain is stretching and while I cut a piece of black rubber jump out the front.This is called super bad quality and I have paid R2600 and it's still under warranty when I requested a replacement or to fix the machine I got a quote for exactly the same price I have paid for it this is ridiculousness TAKEALOT is bad for business.
