Poor quality and service from takealot

Ordered rs15 po boots at costs 4500 in december and boots started to tear on side of boots after jyst two months,i logged a return and replacementbor refund was declined because boots looked used,off course it must be used ,my son did not even play a gamevin these boots,which begs the question of the quality of boots
