Poor quality and service

I purchased a couch which was delivered on the 22nd July. Firstly the couch did not match the picture, the colour was different. I overlooked that but then the couch started making sounds and within the month the front legs were coming loose. I had to constantly tighten until they both completely came loose causing the front of the couch to drop. I scheduled a return with Takealot on the 27th of August. I reached out and tried to arrange a collection time for work reasons. I spoke to Asandile N and Chelsea J, they essentially wouldn't help me. At this point I was so overwhelmed fighting I took a day out of work. They then sent a car to collect a couch which the guy then said he couldn't take. Since then I have been fighting with them, they rescheduled to yesterday and no one came. I've sent countless emails, can't reach them telephonically. Now I'm forced to escalate this matter and involve the ombudsman etc. I would not recommend using them in future, certainly not after this terrible customer service!
