Poor products and service

I purchased two items from you which is baby chair and playpen. The chair was exceptionally amazing and my son loves it. The playpen however does not have all the parts to set it up and the ***** were less than the number provided. when i logged for a return i was told it is past the return date which was not stipulated to me. I have lost my money and there us no way yo set up this playpen as it does not have the complete parts
