Poor Product Quality

A booster pump purchased from Takealot failed after just two weeks of normal use. The returns inspection attributed the failure to rust and classified it as user-damage so my request for a replacement was denied. Rusting after only two weeks of normal operation raises serious concerns about the product's quality.
