Poor Product Knowledge as well as No-Show and No Communication

Very disappointing experience. The staff had no knowledge of the technical specifications of the fridge I was enquiring about, which made it impossible to make an informed decision.

I then logged a collection request and was told the item would be collected today before 5pm. Not only did no one show up, but there was zero communication about an estimated time of arrival. Because of this, I had to take the day off work to ensure someone was home — and the collection never even happened.

This level of service is unacceptable. A simple phone call or message with an ETA would have gone a long way. I wasted an entire day of work for nothing. Would not recommend.
