Poor Product & Customer Service

Good Day I received my parcel this morning . when i opened the parcel the items box looks if it was used , both sides was open . This was suppose to be a gift for my niece on Friday . How can i give something as a gift when it looks as if it was used . I am really disgusted with the service , they could have called me to tell me this is the last item , this is how it looks , do you still want it . I called them the phone does not even ring .
