Poor product and no refund.

I want to actually give you a 0 star! You delivered an open, used, squashed pack of flea tablets to me then I returned it and you refused to refund me. DISGUSTING!!!!! I AM NOW LEFT WITHOUT A PACKAGE OR MY MONEY. This is in violation of my consumer protection rights. I have never heard of someone simply losing their money because you dispute the condition of the package you gave me! I am dumbstruck! Wish i could show you the pics i took on the day! So glad Amazon is coming to rescue us from your pathetic service.
