Poor, poor service - so disappointing

I’m furious - I bought 2 straps for my Garmin Forerunner 55. Used one, saved the other for later. Opened it last week - doesn’t fit even though it’s marked to fit Garmin Forerunner 55. Takealot refuse to change or refund as I’ve had it for more than 30days - it’s not defective they say! What is it if the size is not what is stated on the product. Then without even chatting to me, they send the same useless, defective product back to me!
