Poor Poor Service

Bought an item on the 6th Dec 23. Item was opened before and was of poor quality. Requested a return and refund (stipulating that he package has been opened before and that it is poor quality). Item was collected and refund rejected. Refund was credited and then reserved again, claiming package was opened. I escalated the matter and it was said that the package is couriered back to me and TakeAlot will collect it again for further investigation. This process happened 3 times and the last response I received was on the 29th Jan 24. Every time someone else contacts me and the entire process starts again, with no outcome.
