Poor poor service

This is pathetic service and i am getting it always im very tired of take alot now ,there is always something with them. Not so long ago i bought seat covers from them it came with pillow case they never collected or rather close the case upon one attempt when i was in hospital. Now i bought cordless headsets for work and its not compatible with my laptop the refunded me but only for the headsets and the delivery fees which is R95 is not included i am always being charge delivery fees doesn't matter how long i wait i want to know am i going to be charge again because i want to buy headsets ?Take alot is working on my last nerve .
