POOR POOR POOR Service from TAKEALOT

My last two items delivered has been damaged due to not adhering to handling labels and manhandling the parcels. I paid extra for express delivery because I need the unit urgently. I immediately contacted them requesting a replacement unit but they said it needs to be collected first, which would take 4 days, then inspected at the warehouse that would take another 3 days and then only will they order a new unit which will take 5-7 business days. Thus I would only receive a replacement unit two weeks later. Takealot has NO quality control in existence and this is definitely the last time I would ever buy something from them. POOR POOR POOR delivery service. The items delivered reminded me of Jim Carey's movie, Ace Ventura Pet Detective when he delivered that parcel kicking it to the front door!!!!
