Poor poor poor service delivery!

Takealot used to be one of favorite online shopping experience, service delivery used to be so amazing I would brag about it all the time but of now late service delivery has drastically dropped. I mean I placed an order on the 20th of July only to be told a few days later when I called to do a follow up that my order was sent to an incorrect facility and is being rerouted, a few days later order got canceled and no one said anything until I once again called in and only then another order was recreated and asked that the order gets sent to a takealot pickup where I will pick it up myself. 2 days later I got a text saying they tried to deliver but no one was home, utter nonsense I tell you coz I was there. Once again called in to enquire about "no one being home nonsense", consultant promised to call the driver to call me and arrange for delivery only for deliver to be rescheduled for the next day, next day(Saturday) coz I was not home, I reschedule for Monday, come Monday I login to track order and guess what? Delivery was apparently once again delivered a wrong facility by the way this the same delivery that has been set to have been attempted for delivery and "no one was home" today it's Wednesday and when I call in consultant apparently has no idea what's going on with the order. I'm honestly drained at this point, takealot is really taking me for a fool at this point and I am livid!!!
