Poor poor poor service and lies

Well the first time I ordered I gave my home address and it took the driver two weeks to find my home address now I give my work address and my parcel has been rescheduled 5 times so far, I've emailed them 5 times and phoned twice yet all I get is promises that my package will be shipped today but it never happens, as I write this review I'm still waiting, this is the worst service ever, really pathetic way to treat customers, they just keep saying they can't find my address but the place I work is a dam national key point, really disappointed and the last time I use takealot.com
