Poor Poor Customer service

After reading all the complaints without responses from Takealot i still go ahead to log my complain cause what else can i do after i returned my daughters notepad for assessment in Aug, last i heard was it was returned till today i havent received anything, spoke to hundreds of consultants all still investigating,
