Poor poor customer service

Been waiting over 4 months for a dishwasher under warrantee to get a refund/repair/replaced. Don't by any big appliances from them because if something goes wrong the red tape to get through to get the issue resolved is insane. I feel like I will never see my dishwasher working or my money back.
