Poor Playpen

I ordered a Playpen, 100 ***** and mat for my baby. This was all a combo worth R1700. I received 20 *****, no mat and a playpen worth R500 was in the box. The box looked like it was in the rubble. I returned the set. They sent me a new set. Exactly the same set that was incorrectly sent to me in the first place. This is so unnecessary and no I no longer want the playpen as I have to wait days for it every time.
