Poor Philips AT 790 Aqua Touch Shaver quality

<p>Takealot were not able to return my Philips AT 790 Aqua Touch Shaver, stating that "I have changed my mind" yet the quality of the shave was very poor. How is this changing my mind when the ? </p> <p>The Philips AT 790 Aqua Touch Shaver did not meet the purpose it was intended for i.e. provide a clean shave expected from a razor of this value;</p> <p>Agree this type of product should not be stocked for resell, however, the electric razor needs to be inspected by supplier to see reason fordefectiveness as does not perform therefore defective and public regulation not applicable. This was not done by Takealot.com.</p> <p> </p> <p>Surely it is not the promoter’s intention/Takealot intention to sale products that is defective.</p> <p> </p> <p>Also this contrevenes my previous return of an Severin Beard & Hair Trimmer, as for some reason Takealot.com were able to return this yet not my Phillips razor.</p> <p> </p> <p>This leaves me confused and dissapointed with Takealot.com. </p>
