Poor performance

<p>Is this just me or am i the only one who is constantly getting messed around by takealot?</p> <p> </p> <p>I had logged a return for PS4 earphones and its like all they did was take my return and repacage the headphone and resend me the broken ones. I have been waiting sinse the 11/27/2016 once i recieved my email stating that they will refund me the funds to my credit card witch i have not recieved and every day i get a new story about why i have not recieved my money. Thats not the only issue i had purchase a Bluetooh keyboard that was not working either and called them about this on the 11/29/2016, i had them collect my parcel at my work and i was on holiday. The parcel was left with my secutary and then i recieved a email statsting that my order was collected in actual fact this was a lie.</p> <p> </p> <p>Yesterday i called takealot and they informed me that infact my parcel was not collected and they my create a new collection order. this ****es me off big time because not only have i waited ages to get my money but they messed up my collection. So now i have to wait till they decied to pay me back as clearly this is a long process. You have processes in place for a reason so follow them and train your staff corectly as this issue doesnt keep happening. its a joke! its only been the last few months that i have been getting issues from your company but its now gotten to a point where its every 4-5 purchases that is messed up. with the waiting period being so long to get a refund its easier just walking into a brick and mortor shop to make my purchases.</p> <p> </p> <p>Phone me and get this sorted</p>
