Poor pathetic service - yet AGAIN

Im truly sick and tired of having to resort to hellopeter every time I have an issue with takealot because your call centre or pickup or courier team can not resolve queries. I logged a return on MONDAY - to DATE no one has picked it up from as YET!!! Someone called me yesterday to schedule pickup today and no one has picked up as yet. I even called takealot today to ask if I can send a second return with the one being picekd up today to which they agreed. On top of it, I receive an email to say the couriers cannot get hold of me! Funny enough I have been receiving and making calls the whole day and have no issues with my cellphone but THEY say they cant get hold of me, not a single miss call on my phone all LIES. When i call in to them they say they cannot pick up today they have to give two days notice to the pickup person, what kind of NONSENSE is this. I dont deserve to be pushed around being such a loyal customer despite being disappointed almost weekly by takealot. This is ridiculous. I wish to place another order and need the credit to be on my profile ASAP! its almost Xmas and this is terrible service seriously. Im disgusted and seriously considering never ordering again!
