Poor packaging despite promises of a box

I’m livid. I ordered two nutribullets from Takealot and specifically stated that these were gifts. The first was deliverd in a damaged box with no additional packaging beyond the actual nutribullet box. How could I give a gift like this. When I called Takealot to complain, they apologised and said that the replacement would be packaged in a box. Then what happens this morning? The replacement arrives with stickers on the nutribullet box again, despite an email confirming that this would not happen! What nonsense is this? Does Takealot not understand what a packaging box is? How can I give someone a gift like this?? How do I know this has not been jostled in the delivery van, having seen how delivery men handle parcels. I’m truly disappointed in Takealot. What do I give as a gift on Wednesday now?
