Poor overall service and refund problems

Waiting over 10 days for a refund with 0 communication about the status, I had to reach out to them to get the process started. On top of this delay they still did not refund me my full amount and I had to follow up again about this. This is the worst level of service I have ever received from the company and as far possible will be taking my money elsewhere. If I could give a 0 star I would
